Viewing Communication Details

You can view the phone calls, portal communications, appointments, and outstanding tasks associated with the patient within the practice in the Communications / Tasks panel on the Pre Visit Planning template. The Phone Calls, Portal Communications, Appointments, and Outstanding Tasks sections include tooltips that display the details associated with the rows in the grid.
