Reviewing and Modifying Patient's Problems
You can review and update a patient's clinical problems in the Problems List panel on the Pre Visit Planning template. The details in the grid are updated automatically when you add any detail in the Problems module.
To view the patient's chronic conditions and the items that you are tracking in the grid, you must select the Show chronic and Show my tracked problem check boxes.
You can sort the grid items based on the following:
- Last Addressed Date
- Onset Date
- Provider
You can view all resolved problems for the patient by selecting the Include resolved option at the top of the grid. Select the Resolve Condition option to indicate that the patient's problem is resolved.
