Update the Length, Height, Weight, and Head Circumference Related Alert Preferences

You can update the alert preferences for Length/Height, Weight, Head Circumference vital signs by modifying the values of age and percentile.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Vital Signs Configuration, and then select OK.
   The Vital Signs Configuration practice template opens.
5. In the Length/Height grid, select the record and modify the age and percentile ranges.
6. Modify the alert message, and select Update.
7. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the remaining sections.
