Add the Length, Height, Weight, and Head Circumference Related Alert Preferences

You can add the alert preferences for Weight, Length/Height, and Head Circumference vital signs based on age and percentile values.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Vital Signs Configuration, and then select OK.
   The Vital Signs Configuration practice template opens.
5. In the Length/Height section, select the age and percentile ranges.
6. Enter the alert message, and select Add.
7. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the remaining sections.
