Track Residential Clients and Dependents

The Residential Bed Board practice template enables you to track residential clients and dependents based on residential program, site, and room.

  1. To access the Residential Bed Board practice, template do one of the following:
    • From the File menu, select System/Practice Template, on the Practice tab, set Show to All and double-click on Residential Bed Board in the list.
    • Click the Bed Board sub-navigational link available in a Residential Services visit type.
  2. Select a filter above the top grid to filter the grid.
  3. To review the client's dependent information, highlight a grid row with a client’s name who has a dependent at the facility and (find a row with Yes in the Dependent At Facility column).
    The grid under the Dependents section displays all of the information previously entered on the BH - Residential Administration template, Dependents panel.
