Tracking Tab

You use the Tracking template to create and monitor action items, setting priorities and deadlines for the actions. Created actions can be tasked to other providers or staff members. Use a Screening Tool

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty as Care Management and Visit Type as Case & Consent. On the Tools template, expand the Screening panel. Screening Select the required Screening Tool from the left navigation panel. The corresponding questionnaire appears. Complete the questionnaire and click Save & Close. Access the Care Coordination Home Template

On the Top Toolbar, click Templates icon. To view all the available templates, select All. On the Medical Records tab, search for and select Care Coordination Home. Click OK. Document General Screening Tool Information

You can use the Screening Tools template to document screenings for items that are not listed under the Screening Tools Available list. On the Screening Tools template, select a screening tool from the Screening Tools Available section. Enter the applicable information: Score Severity or interpretation Comments Major depressive disorder pre-treatment classification Plan To indicate an associated scanned document, select the See scanned document checkbox. Select Add. The documented data appears in the Screening Tools Performed grid. To print a list of screening tools during this encounter, select the notepad located next to the Screening Tools link in the template header.
