Sign Off Procedure Orders
After placing the required procedure orders in the Today's Procedure Orders grid, you need to sign off the unsigned procedure orders. To sign off an individual procedure order, Click the Unsigned option above the Today's Procedure Orders grid. All the procedure orders which are unsigned appear in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. Select a row in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. In the Co-Sign/Sign Off Procedure Orders section, Click the Individual order option. The Signed by, Date, and Time fields populate with the current user, date and time respectively. If applicable, enter any additional comments on procedure orders in the Reason/Explanation/Comment field. Click Sign/Update. The current user name appears in the Signed By column of the Today's Procedure Orders grid. To sign off all the procedure orders, Click the Unsigned option above the Today's Procedure Orders grid. Open the Orders Module from the Task List
You can access the orders module for a patient associated with a task. Select the task in the task list. Below the details section, select Orders on the toolbar to open the Orders module for the selected patient. The Orders module opens to the Results tab. Parent topic: Task Recipient Actions

Set up the Task Recipients by Practice
Users can view and assign tasks to other users or groups while saving an order, when Task Recipients by Practice preference is set to True. In System Administrator, select View > Universal Preferences. Select Workflow. Double-click Task Recipients by Practice. To display users for a current practice while working in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Orders module or Immunizations module, set the Task Recipients by Practice value to True. Task the Entire Questionnaire to Recipients
If you want to task the entire questionnaire to a recipient: Click the Task button at the bottom of the panel. The Select Recipients template opens to task the questions to appropriate recipients for further action. To task the scheduling questions to a recipient for any further action, Click the Quick Task button to launch the Quick Task Priority template. Note: To display the Quick Task Priority template, you must select the Allow Override check box on the Quick Task Setup template. Click the Task priority field and select the applicable priority from the list. Click Save & Send. Note: The task recipient is configured in the Practice Configuration practice template. If you do not configure the task recipient in the practice template, the Quick Task Setup template opens from the Quick Task button to configure the task recipient. In the Quick Task Setup template, the Source template field defaults to the template it opens from and the configuration applies to the current user logged on

Verify/Sign Off on Procedure Orders
After placing the required procedure orders in the Today's Procedure Orders grid, you need to verify the procedure orders. To sign off on an individual procedure order, Click the Not verified option above the Today's Procedure Orders grid. All the procedure orders that are not verified appear in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. Select a row in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. In the Co-Sign/Sign Off Procedure Order section, Click the Individual order option (to sign off on an individual procedure order) or click the All orders option (to sign off on all procedure orders) . The Verified by, Date, and Time fields populate with the current user, date and system time respectively. If applicable, enter the Reason/Explanation/Comment on the procedure orders. Click Sign/Update. The current user name appears in the Verified By column of the Today's Procedure Orders grid.
