Social History
The Social History section enables you to configure the following:
- Hide Firearms - If you select the Hide Firearms check box, the system hides the firearms options and link on the Social History - Lifestyle template. The Firearms at home options and Firearms link are available on the Social History - Lifestyle template.
- Show Confidential History - If you select the Show Confidential History check box, the system auto-selects the Include all confidential information in the social history document with patient permission check box on the run-time confidential history template.
If you select the Show Confidential History check box, the system automatically selects the Show Confidential History Information on Master Document check box on the Document Configuration template.
- Enable Panel version of Adult Social History - If you select the Enable Panel version of Adult Social History check box, the system opens the one page panel version of Adult Social History template after you click Add in the Social panel.
The Adult Social History template opens for patient older than the Peds Navigation Age entered in the Pediatric Age section on the Practice Configuration template.
- Enable Panel version of Pediatric Social History - If you select the Enable Panel version of Pediatric Social History check box, the system opens the one page panel version of Pediatric Social History template after you click Add in the Social panel.
The Pediatric Social History template opens for patient whose age is less than or equal to the Peds Navigation Age entered in the Pediatric Age section on the Practice Configuration template.
