Signature Alert Configuration

Signatures indicating that the information on the encounter has been reviewed is an important component to the billing functionality and the documentation of team collaboration.

The Behavioral Health signature functionality includes a setting to alert the user if at least one of the staff or provider has not documented their signature. If enabled, a practice-level setting will fire an alert if at least one of the staff or provider signatures is not recorded. The configured alert is prompted upon document generation. This alert does not apply to Patient, Individual, or Parent/Guardian signatures.

The Behavioral Health template set also includes a Send Task button to notify the next person in line who is required to sign-off on the visit's documentation.
