Manage SNOMED to LOINC Code Mapping

You can update mapping details in the Code Classifications panel. To update a mapped record, select a record in the grid in the Code Classification panel. The mapping details appear in the corresponding fields above the grid. Edit the mapping details. Click Update. The record has been updated in the grid. Map SNOMED Code to LOINC Code

You can map the SNOMED codes with the translation LOINC codes for Social History Type and Family History Problem Type. Open the Coded Results Mapping template. Expand the Code Classification panel. Code Classification Select a code classification. Click Code1 System, and select SNOMED in the list. Select a code1 value. Code1 description is automatically filled. Click Code2 System, and select LOINC in the list. Select a code2 value. Code2 description is automatically filled. To clear any information you have entered, click Clear. Click Add. You can map SNOMED codes with translation LOINC codes for Social History Type and Family History Problem Type. These mapping details will be available in the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) file for review. Modify a SNOMED Code Mapping

You can modify a SNOMED mapping in the SNOMED Configuration practice template. Access the SNOMED Configuration practice template. Select an entry in the SNOMED grid that you want to modify. Right-click the entry and select Open to edit the information. Note: Click Delete to delete the entry. Make the required changes. Click Saveand click Close. Restore a Mapping

You can restore removed mappings to the active list. On the Coded Results Mapping template, expand the Certification Custom Data Mapping panel. Click the Removed option above the grid to view the removed mappings. The grid displays the removed mappings. Certification Custom Data Mapping Select the mapping that you want to restore. Restore Coded Results Mapping Records

You can restore the removed mapping records any time. On the Coded Results Mapping template, select the Show removed check box.The grid displays the removed records. Select the record that you want to restore. Select Add.The mapping record is restored. Parent topic: Coded Results Mapping
