Map SNOMED Code to LOINC Code

You can map the SNOMED codes with the translation LOINC codes for Social History Type and Family History Problem Type.

1. Open the Coded Results Mapping template.
2. Expand the Code Classification panel.
   

3. Select a code classification.
4. Click Code1 System, and select SNOMED in the list.
5. Select a code1 value.
   Code1 description is automatically filled.
6. Click Code2 System, and select LOINC in the list.
7. Select a code2 value.
   Code2 description is automatically filled.
8. To clear any information you have entered, click Clear.
9. Click Add.
   The grid displays the mapped code details.
