You can restore a non-CMS Provider measure that was previously removed from the Providers Measure list.
- Open the Provider CQM Maintenance template.
- Expand the Provider Measures (not CMS) panel.
- Above the All Providers Measure grid, select the Removed option to view the removed measures.
Removed measures are displayed in the grid.
- Select a measure to restore.
Add is enabled.
- Select Add.
The selected measure has been restored to the Active list.
