Restore Non-CMS Provider Measures

You can restore a non-CMS Provider measure that was previously removed from the Providers Measure list.

  1. Open the Provider CQM Maintenance template.
  2. Expand the Provider Measures (not CMS) panel.
  3. Above the All Providers Measure grid, select the Removed option to view the removed measures.
    Removed measures are displayed in the grid.
  4. Select a measure to restore.
    Add is enabled.
  5. Select Add.
    The selected measure has been restored to the Active list.
