Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list.
The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty.
To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list.
Click a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.
The grid displays family health conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Family History panel, see Filter the Family Health History Conditions.
Highlight the row to be removed, and then click Remove.
The selected family health condition is removed from the grid.
