Patient Safety Reports Data Set

The Patient Safety Reports data set includes a list of patient safety reports with the corresponding NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version. You can add a Patient Safety Report and mention the NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version so that only the reports pertinent to your NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version display on the Patient Safety Report template. Add PT Exercise Data Set Data Items for an Injury Group

On the Data Sets Setup template, click the Data Set field and select PT Exercise. Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Click the Provider field and select a provider to associate the injury group having the exercise set. Click the Injury group and select a group to include exercise set. Enter any number of strength related exercise in the Strength fields. Enter aerobic exercises in Aerobic 1 and Aerobic 2 fields. Enter any number of stretching exercises in the Stretching fields. Enter exercise to improve range of motion in the ROM fields. Enter any number of additional exercises in the Additional fields. Enter any number of exercises performed at home in the Home Exer fields. Click Save. Click Close. The newly configured data set item displays in the grid. Parent topic: PT Exercise Data Set

Edit PT Exercise Data Set Items

Click the Data Set field and select PT Exercise from the DB picklist. The grid displays the existing PT Exercise data set items. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save. Click Close. Parent topic: PT Exercise Data Set

Remove PT Exercise Data Set Items

Add Exercises from Exercise Sets or the Patient's Last Encounter

You can quickly add treatment exercises in advance of or during a patient appointment by doing the following: Selecting a saved exercise set. Copying exercises from the last encounter within the case where exercises were documented. Open the NTS Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template, and then select an appointment row in the grid. The Rapid Flowsheet template opens. If the location is configured to automatically copy exercises from the last encounter, the exercises appear automatically in the exercise grid. This automatic copy occurs only once. Add treatment exercises to the exercise grid by doing the following: To copy exercises from the last encounter, select Copy Last Exercises. Note: Exercises that were marked as done in the last encounter are automatically marked as D (Done) in the grid. Selecting Copy Last Exercises more than once copies the exercises again, and you must clear the fields to start over.
