Physical Exam Panel

The Physical Exam panel displays a list of exam categories in the left pane. These items are customizable by specialty or by provider.

The One Page Exam link opens the Derm General - PE template where you can document the patient's physical exam.

You can also access the system-specific physical exam templates by accessing the links in the left pane. If the required system is not available in the left pane, you click the Additional link and select a system from the picklist.

Click the Office Diagnostic button below the Physical Exam grid to launch the Office Services template to place orders for the tests.

When you click the Physical Exam History button, the Historical Information window opens. You can copy the previous physical exam records to the current encounter by using the Copy Physical Exam & Close button.
