Obtain Test or Code Information for a Screening on the Screening Tools Template

You can view the test or code information for screenings documented to satisfy a care guidelines using the Screening Tools template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On an encounter for a patient, open the Intake template.
3. In the navigation bar, select the Screening Tools link.
   The Screening Tools template opens.
4. Search the screening, then note the exact spelling listed in the Instrument column.
