Communication Sub-Navigational Link

The Communications sub-navigational link launches the ASC - Communication template to document information obtained during a telephone conversion. The scheduler contacts the patient and records the details under the applicable category/reason available in the left pane of the Communication panel on the ASC - Communication template. Communication The Communication panel includes the following filters: Status: Displays the call records based on the selected status of the call. Provider Test Action Sub-Navigational Link

The Provider Test Action sub-navigational link opens the Provider Test Action template to document the actions to be taken after the review of patient results, as well as to view the patient's appointment and contact information. Providers enter and manage brief action details or notes and the tasks for future encounters. Note: The Provider Test Action template is also available from the left navigation bar.
