The
Link Vitals button is used to link patient's vital signs records to an existing entry. The patient's vital signs are documented in the
Vital Signs Monitoring panel.
Note: To display the Link Vitals, Show Linked Vitals, and Show Linked Records buttons in the Documentation Log panel, you must clear the Disable linked vitals and linked records functionality check box in the Documentation Log panel on the Documentation Log Config practice template.
