You can insert existing phrases into a section by using the My Phrases/Common Phrases template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- On a template, select the My Phrases/Common Phrases or My Phrases link.
The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens.
- Select My Phrases or Common Phrases.
- If required, select the Add phrase on one click check box.
Note: When you select the Add Phrase on one click check box, you can insert a phrase in a section or template and the check box remains selected for future encounters until you clear the check box. If you want to select more than one phrases, then you must clear the Add Phrase on one click check box.
- In the My Phrases grid, select one or more phrases.
The selected phrase appears in the Phrase field.
- Select Insert and Close.
The phrase is inserted in the respective section.
