Add Phrases Commonly Used in Templates

You can add phrases to the My Phrases/Common Phrases lists.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. On the respective template or panel, select the My Phrases/ Common Phrases or My Phrases link.
    The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens.
  3. Select My Phrases.
  4. Select My phrase type.
  5. In My phrase summary, enter a brief description of the phrase.
  6. In the Phrase field, enter the phrase.
  7. Select Create My Phrase.
    The phrase appears in the My Phrases grid.
