Import Exception Measures
- Open the Provider CQM Maintenance template.
- Navigate to the Exception Maintenance panel.
Note: The administrator should have read-only access to the folder that stores the csv. file. For more information on folder permission, go to Microsoft® website.
- Enter the location of the csv. file in the Import Path field and click Import. For example, the file name path <folder name>\<file name>. Exceptions_Measures\import_exception_data.csv
The total number of records ready to be imported display on top right-side of the grid.Note: If the import is not successful, the system will display an error message. Remove is enabled at the time of importing the csv. file.
- Verify the import grid results with the spreadsheet.
Default Effective Date populates as 01/01/1900. If a measure has multiple exclusion items (class, type and exceptions), then the Exception Class column shows as Multiple Exception Class. All the Multiple Exception Class items display on top of the grid.Note: Once you click Accept, the imported exclusion details get imported to the master records and display on the Exceptions/Measures template. - Select I agree to update the data above to exception master records check box and click Accept.
The date, time, and user name automatically fill the respective fields. A confirmation window opens.Note: If you click Save & Close before clicking Accept, the system shows a message that the import has not been accepted.
- Click Yes.
- Click Save & Close.
