Pre-Procedure Evaluation Panel on the ASC - Anesthesiology Template

The Pre-Procedure Evaluation panel includes the medications and allergy information documented in the ASC - Preprocedure,ASC - Intraprocedure, and ASC - Physician Procedure templates. The Anesthesiologist reviews and adds or updates the medications or allergy details as appropriate. In the Pre-procedure Evaluation panel, you can select the No or Yes option for the Patient remains an appropriate candidate to undergo the planned procedure check box after reviewing the required documented data and entering the sedation details. The Procedure Orders panel displays the procedure orders documented by the physicians on the ASC - Physician Procedure template. In this panel, the system fills the Ordered by field automatically with the provider name selected from the Anesthesia provider field in the General panel on the ASC templates. The Anesthesiologist can review the existing procedure orders and document any new orders in this panel. The Sedation panel enables you to view the sedation information documented by the physicians on the ASC - Physician Procedure template.
