Displaying Orders in the Grid

You can view the pending and completed orders for the patient using the Recent Orders panel. The Recent Orders panel grid displays completed orders or pending orders depending on the which tab you select. Filter Displayed Orders

You can use the Recent Orders panel to filter orders by time frame. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select the Care Guidelines link on any of the main template. The Care Guidelines Paged View template opens. In the Care Guidelines panel, select the Grid View link. The Care Guidelines grid view template opens. In the Recent Orders panel, select the Filter field. The Show due within window opens. Select or enter the number in the appropriate unit field. Days Months Years Select OK. Recent Orders

You can view the orders for the patient using Recent Orders panel. The Recent Orders panel is where you can view and follow orders for the patient. The Recent Orders panel grid is a viewable grid only – you cannot take any action for items that appear in the grid. The panel has links to other templates used to follow and manage orders. Immunizations

You can view the a record of immunizations orders for a patient using the Immunizations panel. The Immunizations panel is where you can view a record of immunizations orders for a patient, including status, date ordered, sequence number, and date completed. The immunizations data grid is view-only. All Immunizations must be ordered and managed from the Immunizations module. Orders for Immunizations do not appear in the Recent Orders panel. Pre-defined Orders Summary Filters

You can select orders to view the order type on the Orders Summary grid using the following pre-defined filters: Field Description All (Default) Opens orders of all order types. Labs Opens only the lab order tests. Radiology Opens only the radiology order tests. Imm. (Immunization) Opens only the immunization orders. Scheduled Opens only the future and recurring orders. Filter the Care Guidelines and Immunization Data
