Enter Document Signatures

Multiple people may be required to sign the note. Security on this panel is set up so that only the person who checks a signature line can alter it in any way. The name of the user who is logged into the computer appears in the name box, along with the date of the signature. You can then send the template to the next person who has to sign off.

  1. In the Signatures panel, place a check mark next to the applicable label(s).
  2. Click Credentials field to enter or modify any Credentials to further identify a signature.
  3. If appropriate, select N/A to indicate that a signature is not applicable and clear the associated field of anything that may have been entered in that row.
  4. Click the Send Task button to forward the template to the next person in line to sign off.
  5. If your signature does not fall under the preset options, click the Name field in the Additional Staff section.
  6. If required, enter Credentials and Comments.
  7. Click Add.
