Nebulizer Treatment Data Set

The Nebulizer Treatment data set enables you to map HCPCS codes to the nebulization solution and the associated units of the solution. The configured details are displayed in the Get Nebulizer Data picklist that launches from the Nebulizer Treatment–Procedure template. The Nebulizer Treatment-Procedure template refers to the configured data when the nebulizer details are sent for billing. EM Psychotherapy Data Set

The EM Psychotherapy data set enables you to configure CPT code combinations (that is, the visit code and the psychotherapy with E&M code) to trigger the need for the documentation of psychotherapy time value. For the Behavioral Health specialty, on the Psychotherapy - Individual with E&M visit framework template set, select 90833, 90836, or 90838 psychotherapy with E&M codes after calculating the Visit Code on the Finalize template. If you forget to enter separate time for the psychotherapy counseling, then an alert message displays after you click Submit Code. The alert message informs you to enter the Psychotherapy time into the corresponding field. Note: To display the alert message, you must configure both the visit code and psychotherapy with E&M code in the Data Sets Setup practice template. In the run-time template, if both the visit code and the psychotherapy with E&M code are available on the Finalize template, you are required to add a psychotherapy time counseled in Psychot

Add CPT Codes to the EF Data Set for Ejection Fraction Result

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EF Codes. The existing data set items associated with the EF Codes data set appear in the grid. EF Codes data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In EF Codes, enter a CPT code used to pull the Ejection Fraction result or value in the Flowsheet. Click Save, and then click Close. The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Remove EF Codes Data Set Items

Add CPT Codes Combinations for EM Psychotherapy Time Check

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EM psychotherapy. The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. EM psychotherapy data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Codes, enter a CPT code (that is, either the psychotherapy code with the E&M code or the visit code). In Code Type, enter any indicator to differentiate a visit code from the psychotherapy with E&M code. For example, if you indicate the psychotherapy with E&M code as the 1st code, then you can indicate the visit code as the 2nd code. Click Save, and then click Close. Map HCPCS Codes to Nebulization Solution

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Nebulizer Treatment. The existing data set items associated with the Nebulizer Treatment data set appear in the grid. In Qualifier 2, enter the amount of the nebulized solution to be used. In HCPCS, enter the procedure code. In Units, enter the number of units of the nebulized solution. In Rounding, enter a value that is used to calculate the number of units to submit with the J code for the nebulizer procedure. The Rounding value is used to round-up the value entered in Units when you submit the data for billing. Click Save, and
