panel, you can modify the equipment details in the grid.
On the
Equipment Log
practice template, expand the
Categories
panel.
Select a row of equipment in the grid.
The data populates in the respective fields above the grid.
Make relevant changes.
Click
Update
.
The modified values update in the grid.

Remove an Equipment Record
In the Categories panel, you can remove an equipment type and the associated details from the grid. On the Equipment Log practice template, expand the Categories panel. In the Categories panel, select a row of equipment in the grid. Click Remove. To confirm, click Yes. The selected row is deleted from the grid. Parent topic: Configure Equipment Types

Document the Equipment Details
On the Equipment Log practice template, expand the Categories panel. Click Equipment type to open a list of the pre-configured equipment types available in the grid and select an equipment type from the list. Double-click the top blank row in the list and enter a new equipment type in the Equipment type field, if the options in the list are not relevant. The Equipment type short description field auto-populates with the same value selected/entered in the Equipment type field. Click Category to open a list of categories pre-configured for the selected equipment type and select a category from the list. Double-click the top blank row in the list and enter a new category in the Category field, if the options in the list are not relevant. Edit the Entries in the Inventory Panel
In the Inventory panel, you can modify the entries of the equipment details in the grid. On the Equipment Log practice template, expand the Inventory panel. Select a row in the grid. The corresponding values in the left panes and the right grid select with an asterisk (*). Select a new value. To remove a selection, re-select the value. Configure Equipment Details
In the Equipment Log panel, you can add a description for equipment based on the selected category. The Equipment Log panel includes the buttons described in the table. Previous Level - Moves back to the previous level if you have more than one level for a Description. The button is unavailable if you are at the first level of the description. You need to highlight a row in the grid and click the Previous Level button to view the previous level of the description. Next Level - Moves to the next level if you have more than one level for a Description. The button is unavailable if you access the last level of the description. You need to select a row in the grid and click the Next Level button to view the next level of the description.
