The existing nursing care plan information can be updated when required.
- Access the Care Coordination Home Template.
- Expand the Nursing Care Plan History panel.
- From the Nursing Care Plan History panel, select the record that you want to update.
- Click Edit.
The Nursing Care Plan Data template opens.
- Update the information on the Nursing Care Plan Data template following the instructions given for adding a nursing care plan.
- To save the updates, click Save & Close.
