Documentation Log Panel on the ASC - Postprocedure Template

The Documentation Log panel displays the procedure related entries in the grid documented on the ASC - Preprocedure and ASC - Intraprocedure templates. The clinicians can track the medications and assessments during post-procedure, and add a follow-up entry to the existing entries in the grid. The clinicians can also add a new entry in the panel.
