You can disable a Quick Note functionality for your practice. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Practice Configuration Template User Guide forNextGen®Adaptive Content Engine.
- Click the File menu and select System\Practice Template.
- On the Practice tab, scroll down to double-click the Practice Configuration template. If the list does not include the Practice Configuration template, select the All radio button, and scroll down the list again.
The Practice Configuration template appears.
- Scroll-down to the Quick Note section.
Note: The sections are in alphabetic order.
- Select the Disable Quick Note check box.
- Click Save and Close.
The Quick Notes functionality is disabled immediately.
