Orders Panel
The Orders panel enables you to view OB education items that were previously completed are listed as completed orders. The Immunizations link opens the Immunizations module. The Standing Orders link opens the Office Services template. Select Add to open the My Plan template. This also gives access to the A/P Details, Labs, Diagnostics, Referrals, Office Procedures, and Cosign Orders templates, if needed. Components of the Prenatal Detail - Obstetrics Template
You can document the necessary information about prenatal encounters and review data from previous encounters to ensure safe and effective care for a pregnant woman and her baby on the Prenatal Detail - Obstetrics template. The following panels enable you to document the necessary information during a prenatal visit: General OB Problems Prenatal Visits Assessment/Plan Orders Diagnostic Studies The obstetric group of panels are used for orders: Initial Orders 24-28 Week Orders 32-37 Week Orders Genetic Screening and Testing Maternal Carrier Screening Fetal (Aneuploidy) Chromosomal Testing Ultrasound Orders Optional Orders You can view telephone calls and other communications outside of visits in the Communication panel. Patient's Communication Details Review by Provider
The Communication panel enables you to view the details of communication between a practice and a patient. The details of the communication are documented in the Telephone Call or Telephone Communication template. The badge count in the panel header provides the number of open items in the communication queue. The Filter field at the top of the grid enables the provider to filter the communication details based on the status. You can select the category from the left pane to filter and review the items by category. The numbers next to the items in the left pane indicate the number of items in the queue.
