Document Lab Glucose Results

Enter Medication History on the Chronic Conditions - HPI

On the Chronic Conditions - Hpi template, navigate to the Medications section. Click History. The Medication History template opens. Document Patient Reported Glucose Results

On the Chronic Conditions - Hpi template, navigate to the Labs section. To document and graph the patient’s reported glucose results, click the Home Glucose Readings link. The Home Glucose Map template opens. To enter values, do one of the following actions: Click Download Meter Data. Click the Datefield to enter the client reported value and continue to enter data points in the resulting windows. To create a visual representation of the data, click the Graph Daily Readings and/or Graph Min., Max. & Average. Click Save & Close to return to the Chronic Conditions - Hpitemplate.
