Change Status of the Existing Task
- Select the Enable grid row select to change the status check box.
The Update and Remove buttons are not available.
- Click the applicable task in the grid.
The Status column in the grid displays Completed for the selected task.
- If you click the same task in the grid again, the status changes to Not applicable. If you click the task for the third time, the Status column clears the status.
- To manually select the status of a task in the grid,
- Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status check box.
The Update and Remove buttons activate.
- Select a task in the grid.
The task details populate in the corresponding fields above the grid.
- Click Status and select the appropriate status.
- Click Update.
The Status column in the grid populates with the selected status.
- Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status check box.
- To remove a task details from the grid, select a row in the grid and click Remove.
- After you complete changing status of the task, select the Sign off check box.
The Completed by field populates with the user name logged on to the system. The Date and Time fields populate with current date and time of the sign off.
