Add Relevant Clinical Information on the Master Document

You can include relevant clinical informations while generating the master document.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the Home Page template, in the Orders panel, select the Order Management link.
   The Order Management template opens.
3. On the Order Management template, select the Include all orders in document check box.
   

4. Select the recent order, and then select Edit.
   The All Order Management template opens.
5. Document the clinical data points.
6. Select Save & Close.
   The clinical data points appear in a concatenated format in the Assessment / Plan panel on the SOAP template.
7. To generate the Master document, in the navigation bar, select Preview .
