- Select the Prenatal Detail tab
- In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add.
The OB Diagnostics template opens.
- In the Today's Assessments section, select the Add common assessment link.
Note: You can also add an assessment using the OB Problems link.
The Common assessment template opens.
- Select a diagnosis from the Common Assessment template.
- Select Save & Close.
The selected diagnosis appears in the Today's Assessment grid in the OB Diagnostics template.
