Add List Items to a DB Picklist

  1. From the top grid, select the row of the DB picklist.
    The selected DB picklist details populate the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid.

    Note that:
    • The Show selected DBPicklist option is selected to display the associated list items.
    • The Show Only Editable Rows option displays the values of the custom DBPicklist that can be modified.
  2. Click Add New List Item link.
    The Get Dbpicklist Names list opens.
  3. Select the appropriate DB picklist name and click OK.
    Upon return to the Custom DB Picklists template, the List Item field at the bottom of the panel is enabled and ready for input.
  4. To customize the DB picklist for a specific practice, location and provider, select the relevant Practice ID, Location Name, and/or Provider Name.
  5. Enter the relevant option in the Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 fields as a way of grouping items together.
  6. In the List Item field, enter a description of the list item.
  7. Click Add.
    This will add the new list item to the selected DB picklist and the bottom fields will be cleared.

  8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 to add more list items to the DB picklist.
  9. Click Save and Close to exit the Custom DB Picklists template.
