Add an Assessment for an Order

You can add an assessment for a point-of-care test on the Office Services template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Intake template.
  3. In the Orders panel, select the Standing Orders link.
    The Office Services template opens.
  4. On the Office Services template, select Add or Update Assessment.
    The Add or Update Assessments template opens.
  5. In the Billing Diagnosis History section, select a diagnosis, and select Add/Update.
    The assessment appears in the Today's Assessments grid.
  6. Select Save & Close.
