Add a Custom DB Picklist Item for Recommended Care

You can add a custom DB picklist for recommended care guideline using the Custom DB Picklists template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Custom DB Picklists system template.
3. Select the Add New List Item link above the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid.
   A list of custom DB picklists currently in the system opens.

   

4. Select a DB picklist name from the list.
5. Use the edit fields below the grid to create the item, and then select Add to add the item to the DB picklist.
6. Repeat the process for each DB picklist used by Recommended Care guidelines.
7. Select Save and Close.
