Add Items to the Screening Questions Custom DB Picklist

You can add the screening questions in the Custom DB Picklists.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Custom DB Picklists system template.
  3. From the first grid, select the Screening_questions.
  4. In the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items section, select the Show selected DBPicklist (above) option.
    The Add/Edit List Items grid displays items found in the DB picklist.
  5. Select the Add New List Item link above the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid.

  6. Select a DB picklist name screening_questions from the list that opens and select OK.
  7. Use the edit fields below the Add/Edit List Items grid to create the item.
    A list of required fields and the information they contain can be found in the screening questions DB picklist required fields.
  8. Select Add to add the item to the DB picklist.
