Action Items
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. You can view the list of actions performed during the visit in the Action Items panel. Progress Panel
You can monitor the progress of nursing care plans by reviewing the interventions in the Progress panel. The panel lists all intervention encounters, but you can filter the list to show only those encounters specific to an identified problem, a defined goal and an intervention type. Barriers to Care Panel for the Plan/Intervention Tab
You can record and track patient circumstances that may negatively impact the patient’s ability to comply with the requirements of the nursing care plan using the Barriers to Care panel. The Barriers to Care panel on the Plan/Intervention tab functions exactly like the Barriers to Care panel on the Care Coordination Home Page. Identify Care Coordination Providers
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. All providers, staff, coordinators and so on involved in a patient’s care are indicated in this panel.
