Configure Reports

To narrow your search results, you can search by the Create date or Next action date option. Open the Management Plan Reporting template. To add a report filter, select a filter option from the left pane. You can select from the following filter options: Category Plan name Status Provider Location The filters for the selected filter option appear in the left column. To add a filter to the right column, do one of the following: Select an item in the left column and use the arrows between the grids to move the item to the right column. You can add one or more filters at a time. Select the Add on row select checkbox and then select one or more filters in the left column to automatically move them to the right column. Report Filter grid To remove filters from the right column, do one of the following: Select an item in the right column and use the arrows between the two grids to move to the left column. You can remove one or more filters at a time. Select the Remove on row select checkbox

Management Plan Reporting

The Management Plan Reporting practice template allows you to filter, generate, print reports, and update individual patients records related to management plans. You can filter reports by categories, plans, status, location, and/or providers. The Management Plan Reporting template consists of two panels: Report Filter Report Data Configure Reports You can configure report filters in the Report Filter grid. Open the Management Plan Reporting Practice Template

The Management Plan Reporting practice template enables you to filter, generate, print reports, and update individual patient records related to management plans. You can filter reports by categories, plans, status, location, and providers. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System/Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. In the Show section, select the All option.A list of system templates appears in the Practice tab. Select Management Plan Reporting.The Management Plan Reporting template opens. Launch a Patient’s Chart from the Panel
