Management Plan Reporting

The Management Plan Reporting practice template allows you to filter, generate, print reports, and update individual patients records related to management plans. You can filter reports by categories, plans, status, location, and/or providers. The Management Plan Reporting template consists of two panels: Report Filter Report Data Configure Reports You can configure report filters in the Report Filter grid. Access Management Plan Reporting Template

A practice can customize the content that appears in NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. This section provides access instructions for the Management Plan Reporting practice template. Log on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System/Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. In the Show section, click the All option. A list of system templates displays in the Practice tab. Double-click Management Plan Reporting to access the Management Plan Reporting template. Open the Management Plan Setup Practice Template

The practice administration configures the detailed office follow-up plans using the Management Plan Setup practice template. The plans are then applied by providers to the individual patient charts on chart review or at the point of patient care. The configured plans also appear in the Create new management plan panel on the Management Plans template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. In the Show section, select the All option.A list of system templates appears in the Practice tab. Select Management Plan Setup.The Management Plan Setup template opens. You can set up the categories in the Modify Management Plan Categories and Statuses panel. After adding the categories, you can configure a management plan in the Management Plan Configuration panel. Configure Management Plans You can configure the management plans and then enter the plan actions or the type of communication and time interval for the plan

View Reports

The Report Data grid displays all patient data after selecting the filters and selecting Search in the Report Filter grid. Open the Management Plan Reporting template. Select the plan from the Report Data grid. Select Open Chart. The patient's chart opens. Select Print Report. A Management Plan Report crystal report opens with the details shown in the Report Data grid. Open the Reports Template

You can open the Reports template from the Specialty Config Home template. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. From the File menu, select System / Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select Template Note: By default, the System tab is selected, and preferred templates are displayed on the Select Template window. If the *Specialty Config Home option is not displayed in the preferred templates list, select All in the Show section. All system templates are displayed. Select *Specialty Config Home from the list, and select OK. The Specialty Config Home template opens. From the Specialty System Sidebar, select Reports. Parent topic: Generating Reports
