You can update a task after Quick Tasks are set up on the Quick Task Setup template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Intake or SOAP template, and then expand the Orders section.
- To open the Quick Task Setup template, do one of the following:
- Expand the Orders section, and then select the settings
icon.
- Expand the Orders section, select Standing Orders, and then select the Config
icon on the Office Services template.
- Expand the Assessment/Plan section, and then select the settings
icon.
The Quick Task Setup template opens.
- To add a task, complete the fields above the grid.
The new task information appears in the grid.
- To update a task, select the task in the grid, enter changes in the fields above the grid, and select Update.
- Select Save & Send or Save & Close.
