You can update or remove a health concern at any given time. If you remove a health concern, all the associated goals, interventions and outcomes are also removed.
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Expand the Add/Edit Health Concerns panel.
 
  - From the bottom-right grid, select a health concern.
   
    The information for the health concern appears in the corresponding fields.
   
 
  - Do one or more of the following:
   
    
     - Modify the clinical status
 
     - Modify the verification status 
      
 
     - Add or update comments
 
    
     
  - To indicate that the health concern is resolved, select the Resolved clinical status and then enter the resolved date.
 
  - Select Update.
 
  - To remove a health concern, select the one to be removed.
   
    The system fills the fields above the grid with the data from the selected record.
   
 
  - Select Remove.
   
    The system removes the record from the Health Concerns grid.
