Telephone History Records Prior to NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine 7.4

You can check the telephone call history using the Telephone History template.

If you select the Show Telephone History Active Text checkbox, the View Call History Prior to KBM 7.4 link appears on the Telephone Call template and Telephone Communication template. The View Call History Prior to KBM 7.4 link opens the Telephone History template. This option is used only if the records were entered on a NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version prior to 7.4.
