Telephone Call Tasking
You can configure telephone calls related options.
The Telephone Call Tasking section allows you to configure the following:
- Template Preference - If you select the Attach Telephone Call template checkbox, then the communication task in the Inbox opens the main Telephone Call template. If you clear the Attach Telephone Call template checkbox, then the communication task in the Inbox opens the template specific to the call type.
- Tasking Category - You can select the Default tasking category field and select a category to set a default communication category to display in the Inbox.
