Stage from the Urology Testicular Cancer Template
- Open a patient encounter and select a Specialty of Urology and a Visit Type of Office visit.
- Navigate to either the Intake or the SOAP template.
- Scroll to the Reason for Visit panel.
- Click the drop-down arrow for the Other field in the left navigation panel.
- Select Testicular Cancer from the list.
The Testicular Cancer (URO) template appears.
- Click Add/Update under the Cancer Staging grid.
The Cancer Details template appears.Note: You can add and update records for the current encounter from this Staging grid, but you cannot remove records.
- In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details.
