Scroll to the
Skin Cancer Log
panel.

Add
under the
Staging
grid.
The
Cancer Details
template appears.
In the
Staging Detail
panel, enter the details.

Stage from the Dermatology Skin Cancer History Log
Open a patient chart and launch the Intake template. Select a Specialty of Dermatology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Select Skin Cancer Hx from the Navigation menu. The Skin Cancer History Log template appears. Click Add/Update under the Staging grid. The Cancer Details template appears. Note: You can add and update records from this Staging grid, but you cannot remove records. In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details. Stage from the Dermatology Histories Template
Open a patient chart and launch the Intake template. Select a Specialty of Dermatology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Click the Histories tab to display the Histories template. Scroll to the Skin Cancer Log panel. Click Add under the Staging grid. The Cancer Details template appears. In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details. Stage from the Treatment Summary Template
Open a patient encounter and select a Specialty of Oncology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Select the Cancer Summary link. The Treatment Summary template appears. Without selecting a record on any grid, click Add/Update under the Staging Details grid. The Cancer Details template appears. In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details. Stage from the Urology Transitional Cancer Template
Open a patient chart and launch the Intake template. Select a Specialty of Urology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Navigate to either the Intake or the SOAP template. Scroll to the Reason for Visit panel. Click the drop-down arrow for the Other field in the left navigation panel. Select Urethral Cancer from the list. The Transitional Cancer (URO) template appears. Click Add/Update under the Cancer Staging grid. The Cancer Details template appears. In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details. Open a patient encounter and select a Specialty of Urology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Select Cancer Summary from the Navigation menu. The Urology Cancer Summary template appears. Click Add/Update under the Staging Details grid. The Cancer Details template appears. Stage from the Urology Testicular Cancer Template
Open a patient encounter and select a Specialty of Urology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Navigate to either the Intake or the SOAP template. Scroll to the Reason for Visit panel. Click the drop-down arrow for the Other field in the left navigation panel. Select Testicular Cancer from the list. The Testicular Cancer (URO) template appears. Click Add/Update under the Cancer Staging grid. The Cancer Details template appears.
