You can set a clinical status or resolved date for a problem on the Problems panel on the Histories-Cardiology template.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Open the Histories - Cardiology template.
 
  - Select the Problems panel.
 
  - In the Problems List section, select a problem to update the status.
   
    The details of the selected problem have been displayed in the fields. 
    
    
  - To update the clinical status or resolved date, do one of the following.
   
    - To update the clinical status, click Clinical Status, select a status, and click OK.
 
    - To set a problem as resolved, in Resolved Date, select the resolved date.
 
   
 
  - Select Add/Update.
