Review Ultrasound Orders

You can review lab results for the available obstetric lab orders in the Ultrasound Orders panel.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open a female adult patient record, and then create an encounter.
3. On the Intake template, and then select the specialty as Obstetrics and visit type as OB Prenatal.
4. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the Ultrasound Orders panel.
   The orders placed through the Diagnostic Studies panel appear in the grid.

   

5. To review a single lab order result, do the following:
   1. Select the row where the lab order result is available.
      The Edit Test Interval window opens.
   2. Select the Reviewed check box, and then select Save & Close.
      The reviewed check mark appears.
6. To review all lab orders with results, select the Reviewed check box.
   The reviewed check mark appears for all orders with results.
7. To update the order obtained interval date range, select the row and update the details on the Edit Test Interval window.
