Review 32-37 Week Orders

You can review lab results for the available obstetric lab order in the 32-37 Week Orders panel for a fetus between 32 to 37 weeks.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open a female adult patient record, and then create an encounter.
3. On the Intake template, and then select the specialty as Obstetrics and visit type as OB Prenatal.
4. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the 32-37 Week Orders panel.
   The lab orders associated with the Obtained Interval date range appears in the grid. This date range is based on the details on the Gestational Age template.

   

5. Double-click the test name to place the order through Historical Test - Quick Entry template.
6. To review a single lab order result, do the following:
   1. Select the row where the lab order result is available.
      The Edit Test Interval window opens.
   2. Select the Reviewed check box, and then select Save & Close.
      The reviewed check mark appears.
7. To review all lab orders with results, select the Reviewed check box.
   The reviewed check mark appears for all orders with results.
8. To update the order obtained interval date range, select the row and update the details on the Edit Test Interval window.
